For Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  • ½ tsp paprika

For Creamy Mediterranean Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp thyme

  • ¼ tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory boost)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley


👩‍🍳 How to Make (Simple & Viral Style)

  1. Pan ko medium heat par garam karein, olive oil daalein.

  2. Salmon ko salt, pepper, paprika laga kar golden brown hone tak 4–5 min per side cook karein.

  3. Salmon nikal kar side par rakh dein.
