Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sweetener, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and applesauce until smooth.

- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
